Registered Nurse, Aesthetic Injector & Founder of YOUtopia Medical Spa
Leanne is a highly experience Registered Nurse, having dedicated over 20 years to the healthcare field.
After graduating from Nottingham University in England in 2004, she gained extensive experience across various healthcare settings, including acute care, surgical care, diabetes management, palliative care, and professional education. Her career has taken her to different countries, allowing her to broaden her expertise in diverse environments.

In 2009, Leanne discovered her passion for medical aesthetics when she received Botox treatments to alleviate chronic migraines. Captivated by the results, she recognized that this was the perfect career path to combine her scientific knowledge and deep interest in skin health with her love for the beauty industry.
At the heart of Leanne's practice is a dedication to personalized care. She believes that every clients deserves a tailored approach that addresses their specific needs and goals. By building strong relationships Leanne ensures that each treatment plan is designed to help her clients not only look their best but also feel their best. Her mission is to empower her clients by enhancing their natural beauty, boosting their confidence, and ultimately helping them to embrace their authentic selves.

Outside of her career, Leanne is a proud mother of two beautiful red-haired daughters and enjoys life with her wonderful partner.
Together, they have a love for travel, immersing themselves in diverse cultures, and exploring culinary delights around the world.

Courtney
Courtney is a dedicated Medical Aesthetician with a passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. She is a graduate of Gina’s College of Advanced Aesthetics, where she received advanced training in skincare and cosmetic treatments.

Her expertise includes laser/IPL services, teeth whitening, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, facials, and more. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized to meet each client’s individual needs—because Courtney believes that skincare is never a one-size-fits-all solution.

Courtney’s passion for aesthetics stems from her own personal experience with skin concerns. This journey inspired her to pursue a career focused on enhancing natural beauty while addressing the unique challenges each person faces. Her goal is always to deliver real, lasting results and ensure that every client leaves feeling refreshed, empowered, and radiant.

Business Operations Manager
With nearly a decade of experience in the beauty and skincare industry, I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel confident in their skin. Since 2016, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the top brands and retailers in the Canadian market, building my expertise in both client care and business operations.
What initially drew me into this industry was seeing the incredible impact that skincare and aesthetics can have — not just on someone’s appearance, but on how they feel about themselves.
Over the years, that passion has only grown. I believe in honest, results-driven care that empowers people to feel seen, confident, and beautiful in their own skin.

I joined YOUtopia because it’s a space where real transformation happens — where science and soul come together, and where every client experience is treated with heart and intention. In my role, I work behind the scenes to help create a seamless, elevated journey for every guest, always keeping client care, honesty, and results at the core of everything we do.

Outside of work, I enjoy the simple things that bring me joy — like strong iced coffee, slow mornings, and spending time with my 5-year-old shihpoo, Abby. Life is a constant balance of growth and grounding, and I’m grateful to be part of a community that supports both.
